It’s just 3 simple steps to dinner.

Login to HastyChef.com to see 5 suggested dinners for the week.  Switch nights around, replace dishes with your favorites, change serving sizes – tailor the menu to meet your schedule and needs.  Your recipes and shopping list are automatically updated.  Magic.

Edit and print your customized shopping list, then get in and out of the grocery store in a flash – your list is categorized to make shopping as easy and efficient as possible.  If you want to pick up other things, just add them to your list before printing.  Super easy.

We automatically merge the steps from different recipes into one easy-to-follow list of instructions –
1. Do this, 2. Do that – so your healthy dinner makes it onto the table as quickly as possible.  Most dinners are designed to be prepared in 30 minutes or less.  Hasty!


  Healthy Balance
Based on the American Heart Association's® Heart-Healthy Diet guidelines, incorporating lots of whole grains, a variety of meats, vegetables, and portion sizing. Tasty and satisfying. 
  Lighter Fare
The focus is on vegetables and salads, chicken and seafood with an emphasis on low fat and low carbs.  Healthy and nutritious.
  Allergy-Free
Free of the most common food allergens:  wheat, dairy, corn, and soy.  (Not free of other possible allergens like peanuts.)  Eat well, enjoy delicious meals, and relax about your diet.

Email us the recipe by sending it to recipes@hastychef.com. We will review
 
 
I really liked a recipe and want to make it again. How can I save it to add it to a future menu?
Go to the day that contains that recipe and click on the "Change Menu" link.
 
 
When can I see Next Week’s Menu so I can plan my meals and do the grocery shopping?
On Saturday night a new Next Week's Menu appears, and the previous one
 
 
How can I change my meal plan preference (for example, "Healthy Balance" instead of "Lighter Fare")?
