HastyChef.com was born from my own need to make healthy meals easier.

HastyChef.com is an online meal planning service. With all of the planning, organizing, and prioritizing taken care of, cooking a delicious, healthy dinner becomes a no-brainer.
I was a stay-at-home mom for five years. I had lots of time to make healthy whole wheat pasta from scratch and read through dozens of cookbooks for new meals to try. Everything was made from scratch --- no preservatives, colorings, or flavorings added. After I returned to the corporate world, I found it impossible to cook everything from scratch and started relying more and more on convenience foods. When I was diagnosed with food allergies (wheat, corn, dairy, and soy), convenience foods became an even bigger issue --- but I still didn't have the time or bandwidth to figure out what to make.
It was from our struggle to put a healthy (and allergy-friendly) meal on the table that HastyChef.com was born. As the test case for our service, we have seen our stress level around dinner decrease, our food bills are much lower, and the foods we eat are much healthier and much more delicious. I am committed to spreading the word about HastyChef.com so women know there are alternatives to convenience foods.
